The Uttar Pradesh government has got a big relief from the High Court in the UP teacher recruitment case, the Honorable High Court, while giving orders on three special appeals of the government on Friday, said that apart from the ban on 37000 posts, the government recruitment process for all the remaining posts Can continue.
It is noteworthy that the written examination was conducted on 6 January 2019 for the recruitment of 69 thousand assistant teachers in the primary schools of the Basic Education Council. About four lakh candidates participated in this examination.
After the examination, the government declared the cutoff to be 65 percent for the general category candidates and 60 percent for the reserved category. On this order, the candidates challenged in the Lucknow bench of the High Court. Hearing on this, a single bench of the High Court, in its decision on 3 June 2020, had stopped the recruitment process. The government challenged the matter in the double bench against the earlier decision given by the single bench.
It is worth mentioning that in the order given on June 3 through single sale, the recruitment process was stopped, so that the counseling process started in different districts of the state was stopped. Now it is a happy time for the candidates as well as the candidates who are involved in the counseling process.
